Terms & Conditions
Per-Job Pricing
The price listed on this invoice is a flat-rate quote for the specific scope of work detailed above. It is not an hourly rate or a time-and-materials estimate.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full immediately upon job completion. A late fee of $25 per week will apply to any balance remaining unpaid after 48 hours.
Scope Changes
Any work requested by the client that is not explicitly itemized in this invoice will be treated as a separate job and will require a new price agreement before work begins.
Hidden Conditions
This flat-rate price assumes standard structural conditions. If hidden issues are discovered after work begins (including but not limited to dry rot, mold, water damage, or non-code-compliant wiring/plumbing), work will stop, and a new price will be quoted to handle the changes.
Work Area Access
The client agrees to provide clear, safe access to the work area, including moving furniture, pets, and personal belongings prior to the contractor's arrival.
Limited Warranty
The contractor provides a 30-day warranty on craftsmanship only. The contractor does not warrant client-provided fixtures, materials, or appliances. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we will make all efforts to help resolve any issues of craftsmanship beyond the 30-day warranty at contractor's discretion.
Liability Limit
The contractor is not responsible for pre-existing damage, cosmetic variations in materials, or underlying structural faults.
